It’s been a little while since our last update but don’t let that fool you, we’ve been working super hard to bring you some pretty big updates that will put us in a good position moving forward to lower your support load more and more.
First up, we’ve completely redesigned and rebuilt your admin area to make it easier to manage your account. A lot of work has gone into making things more intuitive, so we’d love to hear your feedback if anything doesn’t make perfect sense. We want to make your job as easy as possible.
Second, the widget itself has also seen a complete rebuild. This was done to increase reliability, speed, and performance, as well as our ability to more easily extend it in future as we add more integrations and modules in the coming weeks and months to provide even better support for your users.
